Alpha Capital Anstalt is Konrad Ackerman. Alpha/Ackerman could be found often with Sam Del Presto in many stocks.

Two such stocks were high profile promotion tickers SUSA and MSEH

Del Presto is well linked to Barry Honig. I have some old posts laying around that talks about some of the work Del Presto and Honig did together. The following is one:

Del Presto has had some run ins with the regulators of his own of late which makes you wonder if he acted as a informant for the SEC and maybe even DOJ in their investigations that so far has led to the SEC Complaint against the Honig gang and Ackerman.

I think Honig was the one from his trading group (Brauser, Frost, etc) that made all the stock promotion arrangements. Honig was well connected to many penny stock promoters including Jonathan Lebed, Adrian James, David Zazoff and others. And as the SEC Complaint says, Honig would arrange positive pump pieces on Seeking Alpha to help manipulate the share price of his stocks during his share selling schemes.
