Stock for stock merger? Basically new shares within the company are created as the old shares are bought back and destroyed. The new shares could be issued for 0$ to who ever Tesla wants, in this case existing shareholders. Let me know why this won’t work if you know? Details and laws sited?

I’m sure the Goldman Sachs guys can figure something out to benefit their client.
