A while back when I questioned any trademark infringement violations with Samsung's Odyssey phone, I was told the Utopya Odyssey was not going to be sold in the USA and India was the target market.
Also, Samsung wasn't actively marketing their Odyssey any longer so it was a non-issue. But I see Samsung Odyssey's are still available on Amazon, albeit used phones. However, I notice there are new Samsung Odyssey's available also on Amazon.
Maybe Samsung won't care that there is another Odyssey out there since they aren't marketing their own Odyssey anymore, but again, if ANDI's plan was to market mid-level priced phones to the Indian market, what's up with Amazon?
All rhetorical "stuff" and just for conversation. Of course, if this company would actually say something which doesn't require a decoder ring...would be nice. Duh!
