My minimal understanding of US TM law was that if ANDI decides to sell the odyssey in the US they are potentially infringing. As long as the Samsung TM is active nobody else can use it... in the US. There are international TMs that would protect samsung if for example ANDI decides to sell in India but I never checked to see if samsung had an international TM on the ativ odyssey.
As for the Amazon stuff well personally I think this is just anther dangled carrot to keep people from selling shares. However, Amazon does have an India customer base. But the general population of India appears to prefer Flipkart/walmart.
