if it was short the volumne would go up on buys, the sells would run dry moving the ask/bid up and the shorts would have to continue buying to cover and the price would keep going up up up because they HAVE to cover, but with all the dumping this stock keeps having i'd think there is NO short here, but we should do ok with this new buy out anyway imo
