I think they should have walk up windows where passerby’s can get coffee or grab and go food without actually entering the business. I know midtown has a coffee bar right when you walk in to serve people that don’t necessarily want to sit down, but in places like tempe(cough jrf) I think it could be a cool feature. Some people just want their caffeine asap, or drink/good on the go so it could service them with ease! Maybe the front barista bar has a window to the outside or something along those lines! The core concept is gold so minor tweaks are all that new locations could add to increase revs, and serve additional customers. Catering with on site game gurus I believe is already offered but could be pushed more for parties that want to have it in a specific location!
