Id like to see a custom Snakes design for locations that can be built from the ground up.

Some of these cities have several old buildings that can be torn down and rebuilt for less than it took to renovate Midtown. Reno is a city with some rundown properties, near the downtown area.

Heck Snakes could buy an old casino, there are a few that are shut down. lol... Snakes Casino & Board Games?
