Is Red Oak as honest and upstanding as portrayed?
I am not suppose to refer to them as "scum"...
and yet...
If there is no worry that Red Oak will magically find other, as they said in the filing,
"contingent liabilities, operating costs and any other uses of cash"...
leaving the shareholders with ZERO "future distributions",
THEN WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO SELL HERE???


yet it seems some are selling???
