Since I'm quoted here ( for some odd reason ) I might as well respond, although in my world it's my money and my business what I do and why I do it.

There's a few reasons I took some off the top, and at a profit I might add. One being the initial payout was lower than what I had expected, thus too much money would be tied up for too long imo.

Again, personal business...

The other reason was I felt the DEF14A would be seen as disappointing to many resulting in a much larger sell off...I was wrong about that as it seems to have leveled off @ .0035. I am looking to repurchase many of the shares I sold, at less money of course. ( wish me luck ) !

In no way, shape or form did I lighten the load because I thought that Red Oak was going to try and embezzle money from the sale and screw shareholders ( of which they are the largest )..lol...if I did I would be on a plane to Fla in May and make that accusation face to face with them, but that's me.

The statement here is totally wrong imo, comparing this sale to what was pulled here pre Red Oak ?

Not even close....

Hhmmm...

I think shareholders will get screwed AGAIN...
different players, same game...
GOOD TIMES!

ROTFLMAO

I wonder how many shareholders will make the trip to Fla to call out the so called scum ?

How about zero ?

I also did some real DD on asset sales vs stock sales, talked to a professional and understand it much better now.I suggest everyone reach out to someone who truly understands the process, show them the deal that's presented and get their opinion.

That's the right thing to do instead of claiming " scam " and calling anyone " scum "...

And don't forget, this is what they told us a month ago...

“total proceeds paid out to shareholders are expected to be significantly less than the gross purchase price.”

I'm on record here saying I would be happy with .005, and I will get that easily imo.
