Exactly. They can't have it both ways...and as the press release says "providing for" which is not a completion but a future event.

The RM has likely not happened and there is no real way that ANDI "OWNS" Utopya Innovations Inc. Nothing in the financials or actual disclosures, OTCM or State support that.

But stock is trading under the perception that ANDI holders have an interest in Utopya's assets...and it appears they don't...at least as of January 31, 2018.
