Well I was just browsing through the disclosures and this is confusing a bit to me

Utopya Innovations Inc., a Canadian Technology Corporation (
“Utopya”, or
“the Company”) announced today that it has executed and completed a binding definitive agreement providing for the reverse acquisition of Andiamo Corp.“ANDI”(Other OTC: ANDI.PK -News)

Now this says Utopya was acquiring ANDI, that is quite the opposite of Utopyia being a wholly owned sub as later press released
