Here is the problem I have just discovered by going over their disclosures.

As of January 31, 2018, at least, ANDI did not own ANY Utopya IP. They don't even own "Utopya".

Utopya Innovations bought the preferred A stock to take over voting control of ANDI. But there is no actual evidence of the "Reverse Merger" being completed in the financial statements...

...which themselves have some issues as the cashflow statement is not connected to the balance sheet so they are useless.

Is ANDI getting pumped on the premise that the public entity ANDI has some interest, ownership or rights to Utopya assets...when in fact they don't?
