Very Important, with these Loudon Owen thoughts...

I’m not sure why one would try to knock the credibility of Loudon Owen being here as part of the ANDI/Utopya team. No, he is not perfect, but his credibility and achievements are up there in my opinion.

Here below he led a legal victory over Microsoft that went all the way to the Supreme Court to where the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Loudon Owen and his company (i4i, Inc.) and such victory was a record $290 million jury verdict against Microsoft. He had the likes of Bayer AG, 3M Co and groups representing biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical manufacturers that had backed them. Read the details below:

Also, Loudon Owen being here as a part of ANDI is big time. Here are some of his achievements that I think still would be better to focus on to see why I believe it is not in his DNA to be here trying to do anything less than huge for ANDI/Utopya and us shareholders as he facilitated the sale of BelAir Networks to Ericsson Networks in 2012 and more:

PR Confirming Loudon Owen with ANDI/Utopya plus other notable achievements:

Here is that news from the Ericsson website:
https://www.ericsson.com/en/press-releases/2012/4/ericsson-completes-acquisition-of-belair-networks

The purchase price for that transaction was for USD $250 Million ($250,000,000) which can be confirmed from this Ericsson Annual Report of 2012 filing below on Page 91:

Sorry for those who are thinking negative, but Loudon Owen is not here to rip off some penny stock investors. Loudon Owen is here because of something huge that he knows to exist that would greatly benefit those who have chosen and will choose to take the risk here with ANDI/Utopya.

When one focus on why the glass is half empty, then one will have a hard time seeing that the glass is truly half full. To translate… when one spends so much time focusing on the redundant negative things that are meaningless and in the past, you can’t see the positive things that truly do have significant meaning going forward.

His successes far exceed his failed ventures. I think it's unfair to insinuate that past failures with ventures will be the same for future ventures. We all on earth have failed with something or another. What matters is what we do after we fail. Do we get up? Or do we stay down. Well, Loudon Owen didn’t stay down after his past failures. He definitely got back up to achieve some significant achievements as indicated within the links above.

Those that have been successful have at some point in time had experienced some sort of failure first. People will generally experience first some kind of failure before they succeed. This will usually transpire as such because of none of us are perfect.

As I had posted in an earlier response, I think the info below should be truly understood to help one see that even some who are popularly known for being very successful have experienced some failure at one point or another:

To compare and contrast...

** JC Penny went bankrupt three times before culminating to be a multi-billion dollar company.

** The great Michael Jordan got cut from his varsity team before going on to become the greatest basketball player of all times.

** Bill Gates and his good friend Paul Allen failed first with their Traf-O-Data 8008 device before going on to create what we all know as Microsoft.

** Before Warren Buffet turned around Berkshire Hathaway, it was a failing and struggling textile company.

** Stephen King had no funds to get started from previous failures and had to accept a $2500 advance of cash to fund his first novel called ”Carrie” and it was reject 30 times a deemed a big failure. His wife strongly urged him to not give up and submit it one more time and the rest was history.

** Steve Jobs was over the Lisa Computer that failed so bad, he was fired from the Macintosh division. Fortunately, later for Steve Jobs, his other venture failed so bad, that Apple decided to buy the software from that venture which put him back in Apple. I think you know the rest of that story.
