Loudon Owen and Hans Vestberg have history together. Loudon Owen through his venture capital firm facilitated the sale of BelAir Networks to Ericsson Networks in 2012 while Hans Vestberg was the CEO of Ericcson. Vestberg left Ericsson in July 2016 and joined Verizon in April 2017.
