Sounds to me like they made the best decision in this by taking over a shell company. Changing the stripes is much cheaper then getting a new horse and buggy. Besides they plan to uplist therefor saving more money by not creating any IPO. Which will basically wash its hands on ANDI. When they change their ticker and really start representing the brand that’s when you should be worried if they are keeping their word. Up until now they have done just that.
Without U others leaving I wouldn’t be able to get such a discount for these shares and average my number down. I’m sure most of us are in the red but it only stays that way for short periods of time. REMEMBER you only take a LOSS if you sell.
