FINRA hasn't approved the corporate action request yet so as of this moment the Issuer is still named Andiamo Corp and the ticker symbol is still ANDI.

Check your broker account if you don't believe me.

Lots of public Issuers have done name changes at their local SOS without FINRA ever approving the name change for the Issuer.

I'm not saying the name/symbol won't ever get approved by FINRA. There is a chance it will, but it hasn't happened yet. So until it happens the public Issuer is still Andiamo Corp (ANDI).

Utopya Innovations Inc and Utopya Innovations Corp are two different names.

And whether the "company" was started in 2000 or 2017 doesn't matter - it is still a start up with no revenues and just a forward looking business plan. So far it is all hype and no substance.

Lots of penny stock CEOs promise the world. ANDI is just another typical penny stock. It was a great momentum play for a while (that made a lot of traders a lot of money) but that ship has sailed. The March 22, 2018 disclosure statement paints a much clearer picture about what is really going on with ANDI.

ANDI is going to be a huge wake up call to a lot of people that obviously don't understand how penny stocks work.
