Series B preferred shares convert into 2,000 common share each.

It says it right in the recent ANDI filings

There are 18,752,860 Series B convertible Preferred stock outstanding as of January 31, 2018

18,752,860 X 2000 = 37,505,720,000 more common shares that can still be added to the float

I did all the math for you and provided all the links for you in the following post:

What I find most interesting is that the former CEO of ANDI, Dustin Secor, got a lot of free trading stock through Series B preferred share conversions

Dustin Secor is the owner of PC Trust

http://www.buzzfile.com/business/PC-Trust-727-896-7204

Back when those Series B shares were first created then issued as a common share dividend in 2010, Dustin Secor owned 89,950,000 of the 99,202,300 common shares.

Each common shareholder got .2 series B preferrred shares for each common share they owned

That made Dustin Secor the owner of 17,990,000 series B convertible preferred shares.

You can see from the most recent filing how much free trading stock Dustin Secor (PC Trust) has been getting over the past several months through preferred B share conversions (just since the last reverse split)

https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/189308/content

12/15/2016 PC Trust - 30,000,000 (conversion of 15,000 series B shares)
4/09/2017 PC Trust - 90,000,000 (conversion of 45,000 series B shares)
6/09/2017 PC Trust - 110,000,000 (conversion of 55,000 series B shares)
6/26/2017 PC Trust - 110,000,000 (conversion of 55,000 series B shares)
12/21/2017 PC Trust - 200,000,000 (conversion of 100,000 series B shares)

Dustin Secor paid nothing for those shares and he still has over 17 million series B preferred shares to go (convertible into over 34 billion free trading common shares)

It's possible that Secor may have also started passing some of his stock to others like Corbin T Hardy and David Bodie who also got large chunks of free trading stock from Series B preferred share conversions recently

Corbin T Hardy got 200,000,000 shares for conversion of 100,000 series B shares on 12/20/17
David Bodie got 110,000,000 shares for conversion of 55,000 series B shares on 1/09/18

It is all right there in the last quarterly report

https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/189308/content

18,752,860 series B preferred shares still outstanding

convertible into 2000 common shares each

On top of all the dilution threats

You have the silly uplisting nonsense

People need to be careful here
