I agree, this will move higher after this stage 3... I don’t agree how company handling financing.. they can get a PP or notes then wait for a year to settle the debt, who knows they van afford to buy out the debt before due date or who knows how high the pps before due date and only few million of shares to settle the note compare to a 110M shares..
