I've thought on this for a bit and it looks like both cases have been "settled" for some time between the 2 parties with formalities on the timing.

I've been in my share of litigation, and you don't move through cases in a day the way this 2nd one came and settled before we could take a breath.

We get another back door deal like this I'm gone, but I can also see why it was done this way.

The 2nd settlement looks bad on its face, but its actually a shareholder saving measure the way shares were capped.

IF THIS IS ALL then I'm still 100% here and will top off my pile with .004s if anyone is so kind tomorrow.

These 110M shares will move quickly.
