There has to be agreement from the other side, so a settlement is never going to be beneficial to shareholders.

This is as good as we could have gotten, I just think it should have all been tied in together to get it all out when they started a few weeks ago.

They took it on the chin in Feb, and that drop would have been no worse if this was included IMO.

The other side wants to get their money and thats all they care about.

I think these terms were agreed to when the SP here was lower.
