OK, so what are you, and others expecting? a special shareholders meeting where management can explain every last minute detail to all? (are you, and every other poster here going to attend?) How about a 50-page shareholder letter in lieu of? What is it that you have done thus far to "seek further clarification?"

Is it remotely possible that GTC/LFB cannot reveal all of their plans due to competitive reasons?

I will trust GTC management.
