I see my no vote as a 'non-yes' vote until management explains to the owners of the company why this deal makes more sense than what appears in statements released. I seek further clarification of ambiguous issues and explanation re why the deal makes sense for the current share price and number of shares. I believe in the science and the potential of this company but it is equally important to know if these scientists running this company know how to negotiate multi-million dollar deals to enhance shareholder value and move the company forward in the process. If they have other motivations then I want to know about that also. My future is at stake here.
