These scammy pink sheet CEOs know exactly what they are getting into with toxic financing. Early on, 6-8 years ago, perhaps there was some ignorance about it out there. But not anymore. The CEOs do it willingly because they know that the "company" is never going anywhere and their attitude is simply to make as much money as possible quickly as possible ... and do it for as long as possible.
