I agree with you on that fact, but it's the toxic financing that opens the door to massively short the companies stock and it's not only the company that did the financing that shorts the stock.

I'm not talking about Naked Shorting either. Yes, it happens in small amounts, but why would you need to Naked Short a stock when you can legally short the entire O/S of a company again? Especially a company with a high O/S to begin with.

If you have a company with a say 1 billion O/S you might as well figure it to have a 2 Billion Float after it's shorted.

Janice I don't know your true purpose for being here and if it's to expose fraud then your intentions are commendable IMO,
but you know as well as I do that not every basher and not every pumper is here for the good of the investor. Some have an agendas that are questionable to put it mildly.
