I predict that, if they do go with a set dose, it will be (edited: an absolute maximum dose of) 7mg (low dose) and 15mg (high dose) in the Rett trial. What dose do you predict? What dose was effective in preclinicals?



That makes no sense considering that the company has said the minimum effective dose is 14 mg.

Further the data indicates that higher doses than that are required to get blood concentrations up to desired levels.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
