Thanks Old Tymer. Only one I dug into so far was the one from 2016 where they got rid of Jay Norris. Here's a link to their current management team:

Seems they have 7 lead auditors 6 of whom are Chinese or otherwise Asian. If you look at their listing on the PCAOB website you can get info on the 168 audits they performed in 2017 and the 4 so far in 2018:

No disciplinary proceedings listed but 11 inspection reports. I don't know if that is a large number, an average number or a small number of reports. I'd have to look at other audit firms of comparable size to get a feel for that and I got too many other things to do to worry about that right now. -lol
