The bashers use the toxic financing argument to turn attention away from and cover the real happenings and reason the investors lost their money.
These companies were never supposed to last and all parties work towards that goal with each doing their own part at the right time.
The company is first set up with great hope being expressed and promoted while the legal shares are pumped into the market. The Brokers notice this and also know of the financing arrangements and automatically know that their part will be to start shorting into the pump as soon as there are enough shares to short against and will even naked short because after all what's the difference really. Fake shares are fake shares and they will be able to buy them back before anyone is the wiser about it. Especially when the shares from the financing start to be sold into the market. That will be their cue to start bashing and blaming the fall of the PPS on the new real shares from the financing being dumped into the market. Their bashers will point this out and also be partly right, but the parties that shorted the stock are at the same time working the PPS down for the purpose of buying back the fake shorted shares at a fraction of what they sold them for. If the company just happens to go under early and before they have bought back all the shorted shares then that's even better as they get an even bigger part of the pie.

It's basically collusion by all parties to defraud the innocent investor without them actually communicating directly with one another. All parties know the routine and do their own part separate from one another. Everybody gets a piece of the pie except the investor who trusted the company and the system in which he/she purchased their shares.

This happens over and over again with everyone making money except the innocent investor who ends up being fleeced of his/her hard earned money. The unsuspecting investor just thinks they made a bad investment and move on, but in reality they were deliberately set up, manipulated and scamed by the entire system and by all parties involved.

"Seems to me the bashers have been warning about toxic financing in all of its forms for a very long time. The pink penny long crowd failed to listen. Whats new? Now they are crying about it and trying to blame it on the very people who warned them about the problem. Again, whats new? That's SOP for the cult crowd. What a mixed up bunch, Geesh"

there is no "objective truth"--only patterns of probability. "Matter" is seen as an illusion of the senses.
