As I have said in previous posts, CEO Ferris has always handled himself as the consummate professional and has never said or written anything to me that could possibly be considered non-public or insider stuff. I respect him for that and it is another reason why I continue buying shares.
I have also said that CEO Ferris seems to have surrounded himself with a few people that do not seem to me to be on par with his (Ferris) level of professionalism. I put Hayden IR in this category and I put Manny-the-laundry-guy (on VirTra's payroll) in this category. Both of these "people" have mislead me on several things and may have said things in phone calls that were a little iffy.
Like I said, my charge/allegation is my opinion and guess. No way to prove any of it unless one were to spend millions and dig deep. I base it on what I heard at the shareholder meeting and how the stock has traded since then along with my phone calls with Hayden and Manny.
It is simply not plausible to me that Ferris and Hayden could have made so many 1 on 1 pitches to private investors and NOT ONE OF THEM has stepped up to take a 1 or 2 or 3% position in the stock. Yet, the formal pitches were certainly upbeat and rosy.
So maybe ask yourself what else they might have been told and by whom. Who knew these pitchees, who set up the pitches.
So again, just speculation from me.
