What you are suggesting is insider trading on the part of Ferris/Hayden, if you're suggesting they know Q4 was great and the stock will appreciate and told potential investors to buy lower than it was at the time ($3 or so). That's a pretty serious charge, do you really believe that? After all the times you've talked with Bill has he ever leaked anything to you? It doesn't seem like it, so why would he start now after he hasn't in the past decade of CEO-ship?
