Dondoncoyote...Thanks for your thoughts and insights after having read the prospectus. Having rode the the last reverse split, my exit plan for the short term, is an upticke, of oh, let's say, $0.30. Hopefully, that small pittance will be an exception to the time line you have provided.

That being said, what is your take on the possibility of a reverse split being executed anytime soon, or within the next 12 to 18 months? As you might imagine, that plays is "the elephant in the room" for many of us here. I am, for sure, spooked by that possibility.
