I believe the new institutional funding will lead to a partnership going forward,therefore mitigating any future reverse split risk. Always a chance, but not likely in my opinion. The newly issued prospectus reads like a partnership for dummies. I will be surprised if they don't have a newly formed relationship before the 3rd quarter of 2018.
