Just went through the entire prospectus. What a read! I wasn't real happy about the 183 million outstanding share count, however the detailed patent and international business strategy information was encouraging. I believe that senior management/Roth has already made a deal with the institutional investors for the additional 250 million. They also have a plan for the $7.2 million in funds gained from those shares. If you have a chance, read about the partnering options detailed in the prospectus. I don't believe this will be quick flip, sorry traders, but there will be a 15 - 20 multiple from the current price in 12 to 18 months. Happy Investing.
