As Far as We' are currently concerned ? ... It's ALL "Cash", ... and now, as of 06/30/2017, able to be released from holding, with the "Globic" Settlement now resolved and completed'

Then what is holding up the distribution of this cash? It’s now six months, since 06/30/2017, and still no distribution. If the cash belongs to those of us who have released then how is it possible that we have so far received nothing. I want what is owed to me NOW! No one has a right to hold this up.
