That may be how it was said', ... But That', ... was, in my own opinion ?, ... a purposeful, "play on words" ...

In The Early, Washington Mutual Inc., ... SEC 10-Q, and 10-K Reports Submitted, ... the "securitization process" is explained and the terms that were used, were "Assets Retained". ... NOT', ... "Retained Assets" ...

... Then, as the transition from 2006 to 2007 occurred, ... The WMI "securitization process" was defined, referring to ... "Retained Earnings" ...

... The WORDS' USED' ?, ... are important' ...

As Far as We' are currently concerned ? ... It's ALL "Cash", ... and now, as of 06/30/2017, able to be released from holding, with the "Globic" Settlement now resolved and completed'
