Mersky started the DRNK pump with several fake acquisitions with past business associates from the BankCard Empire scam.

One of the acquisitions was with Reid Johnson - he has been permanently barred by the SEC - the other is Butch Chelliah who is permanently barred by FINRA.

Mersky at one time was also the CEO of FFFC - a Henry Fong scam (Fong died).

I still don't know how he gained control of DRNK - Jay Grdina was the CEO - he was in the porn industry and married to Jenna Jameson(?) - I think he is still in control.
