Sibannac is a David Mersky ticker that he took over in June, 2017 through what essentially was a RM with Imbutek which he created in May 2017. Paid himself 43,872,806 shares of SNNC stock.

This is essentially the EXACT same thing he did with DRNK (Noho Inc) when he took it over in Sept 2016 via a RM with Media360 using 54 BILLION shares of DRNK stock. He set up Media360 just three months earlier.

DRNK was a share selling scheme that is now no bid T1 stock. He tried to do the same thing again with DRNK and rename it Imbutek...and get a ticker change, but that never happened, likely because FINRA wouldn't process it. So he decided to essentially buy the SNNC ticker for about $250K convertible note to the previous owners (and some new insider stock) and attached the Imbutek name to it. It seems that some of the Imbutek assets were taken from DRNK now that it is dead.

This guy is a serial scammer. That is who Tom is doing "business" with.

The Global Air Cylinder Wheels (GACW) which was setup by a Zoltan Yemeny has some "deal" with SNNC whereby SNNC bought some equity in GACW. However the has been NO SEC filing by SNNC which is currently DELINQUENT in its financial filings with the SEC. So there is absolutely no information or insight into the deal. He could be taking Yemeny for a ride with this "wheel" concept to pump SNNC stock. Who knows. But no "deal" that Mersky has ever done has ever produced anything of meaning other than a "Story" to sell stock.

If Cellucci is bringing Mersky into the orbit of BVTK for ANY sort of deal, it is a huge red flag.

Either he knew it and didn't care...or he didn't know it - which would have only taken about 5 minutes to figure out, which would say a lot about their "DD" process...or lack thereof.
