Thanks. The 8K put out by BVTK is for an alliance with SNNC to market some “air cylinder wheel” technology. This link suggests the company that actually owns that technology is Global Air Cylinder Wheel run by Zoltan Yemeny.
You have to listen to the interview but it vaguely references a partnership and/or equity stake in Global by SNNC. Their deal is essentially for SNNC to bring financing and admin infrastructure to Global Air Wheel.
But of course there is no reference at all to any sort of “deal” between SNNC and Global Air Wheel in the SNNC filiings....although their financials are also a year delinquent.
I did get a kick out of the last 8K by SNNC back in July but no mention of Global.
Bvtk has been doing these “Strateic Alliance Agreements” for a couple of years (probably at least a dozen by now)...with no meaningful revenue from any of them of course.
