Lockheed gets a contract to develop a HAA and now they get another $10M contract to develop a covering material. It seems to me that when they accepted the first contract and all that money, the balloon cloth covering would have been part of the deal. Now, they've sucked up another $10M.

It's glaringly obvious to me that Lockheed is behind all this negativity aimed against GTE. It is also beginning to look as if the move to Palmdale might have been a terrible mistake because GTE is now playing in Lockheed's backyard.
