There are two plain reasons why they could not elaborate on poison pill..

Number 1 , elaborating could have caused conjecture of imminent offer..
Not good..

Number 2, the whole point of the poison pill was to discourage big dogs, telling them about your

I think this is a big reason why INFO release has been limited...
