Correct, patentfella, so why would he buy into Liquidmetal if he could just save his 64 mill to manufacture BMG's in CE for numerous other consumer electronics companies, and make hundreds of millions, in Asia?
According to Li, he bought into LQMT for its brand and IP.
In other words, why would he allow Apple to exclude him from just going it on his own, without having bought into LQMT and the related limitations, and manufacturing for all those consumer electronics conglomerates in China, Japan, South Korea, etc.?
Li didn't allow Apple to exclude LQMT from the field of consumer electronics. Steipp did that with the MTA. Li/Eontec is free to pursue "all those consumer electronics conglomerates in China, Japan, South Korea, etc." so long as they don't use CIP technology.
Is it merely because Apple wants to keep this material, so no one else can use it??
Have we discovered the golden goose of answers???
Forgive me for being obtuse, but I cannot discern from your questions the answer to my basic question, i.e., "So if we can't use CIP patents nor Eontec's IP in the field of consumer electronics, how do we work with a phone supplier other than Apple?" If you had an answer, perhaps you could re-express it in simpler terms for me.
TIA.
