I would, under that scenario, agree with Flakes.
Rather convoluted way to accrue cash to the balance
sheet and certainly a vehicle which would be at discount
to that same cash.

I am in the perceived minority (not sure that it isn't
more widely held) that $20M is insufficient self funding
for the proposals AVXL has voiced. That cash, merger, or
buyout is the $4B dollar question.....isn't it?
