My apologies as I was not clear enough earlier on as I am addressing a license agreement between Anavex and Biogen, but instead of Biogen giving Anavex cash, it issues Biogen shares to Anavex. The intention is that as Biogen profits from Anavex's IP, so does Anavex via royalties and market appreciation in Biogen's stock.

As to a sale, IMO, Dr. M and Skarpelos are not interested is selling until they know all of the pipeline is on the way to commercialization as opposed to selling too early and having them moth-balled by BP.
