Agreed. Getting Biogen stock would open a pathway to takeover by Biogen. They could easily gain 51% of stockholder approval. A huge upfront cash payment to AVXL with a 50/50 partnership for MS alone is our safest bet. Biogen is strictly a for profit business. But, I trust they have met their match with Anavex CEO/BOD/SAB.
