Gee, here we go again. AVXL wants cash, not stock in Biogen. Cash leaves us independent to pursue all the other AVXL drugs and avoids dilution. Getting biogen stock in a stock swap??? that just sits on the balance sheet, provides no liquidity to the Company...and the AVXL shares Biogen would pick up would be the first step in taking us over cheap.
