You edited the post again after or while I responded!! Lol.. Its OK.. My understanding is that NV law requires the Articles of Merger to be filed BEFORE the Articles of Dissolution. It can hapoen the same same day. Chronology of events as recorded in the Corporation records. As of now.. I only see the Artlicles of Dissolution being filed. It is all I can go by .
