in the example above, the merger and new inc didn't happen on the same day. see the bolded text in the link above.

so if there's no new inc yet for RVUE, that would have to precede the merger.

then again, maybe there is a new inc, somewhere.

anyway, the date of dissolution would be prior to both.

and it sounds like RR may need to work quickly now!!!
