Since you are attorney and seem to think Microsoft owes around $600,000

would you withdraw all legal action and not see the money or have something

in writing saying what the other side would do? Only a damn fool would

withdraw all legal action and not have something in writing. Now the

withholding of what was agreed on could be subject to legal action also.

Microsoft clearly although it has disappeared but clearly stated IDCC was

seeking 3 billion. How much has Samsung paid over the same time frame

that Nokia was top dog on selling handsets as well as infrastructure.

Something in my opinion was agreed on or we have the biggest idiots and

lawyers known to mankind, so what the hell was it?


Maybe you could file something to get this information released.
