I think the BS flows strong in this forum.

Totally agree

For one, Neil cannot be releasing information that is not public knowledge without facing SEC sanctions. As an officer he cannot disclose any knowledge he has as an insider.

Agreed and that is not being disputed.
What draws the ire of investors is the fact that in lieu of updating SPCL shareholders thru legitimate channels via PRs, Updates, Letters to Shareholders, etc... he chooses to have private communications with internet message board posters. It was claimed that while in a company war room meeting Neil took the time to respond to an email from a message board poster. It has also been learned that Neil took the time to send a message board poster his physical location via google maps.

One is left wondering what is the motivation for this behaviour on the part of our CEO? Why has he chosen to respond to individual investors rather than address the entire investment community and in fact to a potentially broader general audience?

Investors should question these actions and hold management accountable.

Everyone is aware of the multiple activities that are currently in progress which only begs the question, where are our CEO's priorities?
Are they focused on advancing the acquisitions and mergers or simply to keep an internet message board interested by feeding it information?

Second, a possible reason for the delay in financials is that every acquisition means a restatement to include the acquired company. These were all stock purchases not asset purchases. The reporting requirements take time.

There seems to be a misunderstanding here.
First, the financials in question here have nothing to do with current acquisitions. These financials are at least two years in arrears and are in a delinquent status with the SEC. Numerous dates have been publicized for these financials to be completed and released but as of today none of the target dates have been met and what makes matters worse is that there has been absolutely no comments or statements from the company explaining why to their shareholders.
Secondly, in order for any merger or acquisition to take place these financials which I referenced above must be filed with the SEC. Therefore your assertion that financials are being delayed because they need to include data from potential target acquisitions is false. The financials in question cover a period in time that predates even the thought of making any kind of merger or acquisition.

GLTY wink
