I think the BS flows strong in this forum. For one, Neil cannot be releasing information that is not public knowledge without facing SEC sanctions. As an officer he cannot disclose any knowledge he has as an insider. Second, a possible reason for the delay in financials is that every acquisition means a restatement to include the acquired company. These were all stock purchases not asset purchases. The reporting requirements take time.
