If that is the case, then the July 31st announcement by Wave of the INTC should have used the language ("acquired a license"), it did not. I rarely put my weight on "oral" interpretations. According to what you say, however, there is a license but it is "Pay as you use it" rather than "If you don't use it, you lose it". Is that correct?
